staff upgraded me, did a complimentary late check out and stored my luggage

we were able to pay extra for late check out, the first hour was free, then we paid $75 for a further 2 hours

drawbacks are 1) no elevator, so this is not an appropriate place to stay if you have very young kids or use a wheelchair 2) no food at all available for purchase on the premises
