staff was very good and easily gave me a late check out time

like more blankets available,late check out, early check in

manager was disrespectful started yelling at me in front of my child because i asked for a late check out

we ask for a late check out they granted it with no problem that helped out with getting our children ready

to the casino dining and stores clean facility excellent staff very helpful all at a reasonable

the pool was heated to a comfortable temperature

the price was high but given that breakfast is included it is fairly priced.

the bed could be replaced. the jets in the spa tub didn't work.

also breakfast is nice in the

accomodated our request for a late check out as we didn't need to leave for the airport till late afternoon

hot chocolate in the rooms for the kids.

the amenities were incredible and having the bar and shucker downstairs was perfect for our stay

upon check in, i requested and was given a late check out of an hour later

loved the workout room and having the guest laundry services was a definite plus

staff member that checked us in was more than helpful as we needed early check in due to the fact we needed to change clothes for a funeral

there was free laundry services and it was very clean there

finally, a hotel with a gym and pool that's open

late check out time. great front desk staff.

parking is ample and the hotel is in a nice area, next to a vineyard

clean, all amenities were great. easy check in and check out. convenient shuttle, great driver

parking was plentiful

the check-in staff was gracious and we appreciated the upgrade and late check out for my husband's birthday

the dining was limited. room service was not great, no dinner options at the pool, no hot tub

amazing, prompt room service! even the maple syrup was warmed for pancakes!

loved the live music in the evenings and the bar located in front of the hotel

the spa was fabulous as well as the staff . and the lunch and breakfast was delicious
