check out was at noon and we were able to enjoy the pool for three hours in the morning

it was loud with the traffic, but that is out of our control… they were so kind to give us a late check out as my mom didn’t feel well

we didn't have a chance to sit down for a glass of wine, but the wine bar in the lobby seemed like a lovely little spot to relax and had a good wine selection

was super kind, bar was a welcome treat, and water filtration machine on a hot day in santa rosa was the best

also allowed us a late check out so we could cycle one more ride in alexander

we also booked a tennis court at the golf course for $25, which normally when they have water and towels court-side is great, but when

was during the covid 19 pandemic so the restaurant, santee, and the spa were closed

is nice with please external areas spa with the thermal waters was nice goods gym great

amazing, prompt room service! even the maple syrup was warmed for pancakes!

aswell so there is always someone there to assist you which was great as we checked in quite late in the evening

pool and spa are great also don giovanni restaurant at the end of the street is a must!

the rooms were kept immaculate, were very spacious yet cosy and the beds exceptionally comfortable

no restaurant or bar on property, but a 5 minute walk down the road there s a great italian restaurant

manager was disrespectful started yelling at me in front of my child because i asked for a late check out

like more blankets available,late check out, early check in

staff was very good and easily gave me a late check out time

in the hotel was very close to the casino
