i requested a late check out because we were coming from a basketball tournament for my son and didn’t check in

the pool was cold and hot tub jets didn’t work

wonderful location, clean and spa was open, plenty of breakfast choices

very clean and conveniently located near major highway. great breakfast buffet.

in full honesty, we chose this hotel as a small vacation for our family especially for the indoor pool, since outdoor pools are usually too cold this time of year

like almost everything about this inn: sit down breakfast, bar and dinner available, comfortable rooms, no automatic lights, nice surroundings and friendly

our every need was met, and service from check in, to room service, to placing our bags in a new room when we moved to a bigger room on our second night,

parking lot has some strange people wondering around at night.

we wanted late check out and they gave us a 2:00 check out

also liked free shuttle to town definitely would stay again

were able to accommodate my late request for a handicapped room, giving me an upgrade at no additional cost

the price was high but given that breakfast is included it is fairly priced.

the bed could be replaced. the jets in the spa tub didn't work.

the hotel staff were excellent and allowed me a late check out so i could get ready for my flight home without being too rushed

loved being able to relax in the pool and take advantage of the mineral bath treatment before our massages

very quiet, the place has a bocce court, pool table, ping pong and bikes for guests to use

manager was disrespectful started yelling at me in front of my child because i asked for a late check out
