kids (5 & 11) said it was the nicest hotel they'd ever seen

arrived very, very late and they were able to give us a late check out

pool was heated, gave late check out, accommodations for extra pillow and blanket one made with no problem

pet fees were more expensive than actual hotel and it was not shown on website when booking was

pet fee is ridiculously expensive

we were allowed to have a late check out time because our event the next day didn't begin till late afternoon

was very nice, loved late check out, the shower was big and nice, and everything was clean

i loved the style and the gym had great equipment

the pool was great for my little girl and had some fun toys she could play with

the kitchen sink was tiny and there was some limited utensils, but we could have asked for more.

negative i have is that the pool was down for maintenance, but marriott made sure another property accommodated the visitors

we could have been closer to the pool and had a mountain view as requested

we received late check out and they even opened the hot tubs early for us

the next day, i asked for a late check out because my youngest needed to grab his nap before we hit the road

suite was like a whole apartment which was very cool - had a fully stocked kitchen with a full-sized fridge, stove, and microwave

also people upstairs with kids running were noisy

although the appliances in the kitchen are old, everything is fully functional and a lot of attention to details made my trip

there is also no maid service or laundry facilities

they allowed late check out for me
