let us have a late check out which was very much appreciated as we were exhausted

kids were ready to swim, but the pool was closed.

the pool and hottub were not open because they don't open those up until later in the spring

i was pleasantly surprised at how clean and updated the rooms and lobby were and the pool and grounds were very well maintained

the pool is more the size of a hot tub but the kids still had a great time

although we had to leave before breakfast started the next morning : (, we were very pleased with our stay

continental breakfast was so good, i had 3rd's

comfy beds, lots of pillows, also gave us a late check out, nice staff.

great location , plenty of space to park the boat and for the price it was an incredible find

not much was opened in downtown provo so it was good that there was a restaurant and bar in the hotel

the hotel restaurant and bar have tasty but limited menus

stay on way to funeral in vegas. arrive late check out early. a place to sleep

pool was heated, gave late check out, accommodations for extra pillow and blanket one made with no problem

arrived very, very late and they were able to give us a late check out

not to mention charging a $30 per day pet fee that was not disclosed up front anywhere on thier website after the 2nd day of our 4 day

they did have a nice breakfast area but no breakfast was offered, is all that comes to mind

mid remodel. lobby full of furniture and pool/spa closed. breakfast is pretty pathetic.

was very nice, loved late check out, the shower was big and nice, and everything was clean

we were allowed to have a late check out time because our event the next day didn't begin till late afternoon
