we enjoyed the pool

beautiful property. secluded area. loved the free shuttle service.

only thing was lack of kitchen equipment- no non stick pan .

we received late check out and they even opened the hot tubs early for us

the kitchen sink was tiny and there was some limited utensils, but we could have asked for more.

the next day, i asked for a late check out because my youngest needed to grab his nap before we hit the road

also got a late checkout, went to the pool, and then were locked out of our room outside with our kids in the cold because our room access wasn’t adjusted to the late checkout

gym was a bit sparse, but we were there for skiing so it didn’t matter to us

24/7 hot tub, late check out, and free breakfast made our stay that much better

the little kids (between ages 13-14) were screaming and singing at 12:00 am

my son got sick in the middle of the night so i had to use the laundry room

breakfast was great. pool/spa hours were limited for children but 24/7 for adults = genius!

the grab-and-go breakfast provided a variety of options which we appreciated

my husband has cancer and we were looking forward to ordering room service

i asked for the gym room and i spent 20 minutes looking for it

all american breakfast from room service could have been hotter and the coffee was missing

the staff were very nice. they allowed us to have late check out so hubby could ski half day.
