didn’t come until 4pm —that’s too late—pool was very small and not enough towels or deck chairs— lighting in room was dim— couldn’t

5 hours early and one hour late check out

loved their warm indoor/outdoor pool (surrounded by snow covered hills) and the most relaxing big jacuzzi tub in the villa

the room was very clean, large and equipped with microwave, fridge/freezer, kitchen sink, all the plates/glasses/utensils we needed, dish soap and towels

and having a kitchen was great for saving a little money and still eating well

the location, having a full kitchen allowed us to eat in a few meals

the next day, i asked for a late check out because my youngest needed to grab his nap before we hit the road

also got a late checkout, went to the pool, and then were locked out of our room outside with our kids in the cold because our room access wasn’t adjusted to the late checkout

also people upstairs with kids running were noisy

suite was like a whole apartment which was very cool - had a fully stocked kitchen with a full-sized fridge, stove, and microwave

super clean property, gre4at staff. excellent restaurant and bar with really good food.

breakfast was great. pool/spa hours were limited for children but 24/7 for adults = genius!

the gym was small but had what i needed, including dumbbells

went to the little restaurant bar and had a great time. staff was friendly and helpful.

my husband has cancer and we were looking forward to ordering room service

arrived very late and have asked the concierge if they have a late check out

kitchen area in the room extremely handy and neat and tidy

clean rooms and reasonable pet fee. also is an off leash park right across the st.

pool and gym are under renovation.
