enjoyed the late check out option as we didn't get to check in until much later than expected

last day we use the pool and we’re able to do a late check out without extra charge

heated indoor pool, i will definitely be staying here again

love the patio and pool for kids

i had no big issue looking for the staff but had to walk to the back bar to find him others may get confused and walk out etc

though unorthodox comparable to large hotels is friendly and familiarizes you with the western bar and lounge

checking in at the restaurant and bar with my luggage.

it was like a full one bedroom apartment complete with a full kitchen including a dishwasher

i was hoping for a late check out, but understood why not

alley - which was broken, the arcade, which also had many broken games, as well as the mini-golf

new and well equipped modern suite in new high rise condo building in central kitchener location, on lrt line and short walk to downtown

kitchener was having a cold spell while we were there, and the heat to the building wasn't on yet

there are no signs that the laundry room is in a huge building

apartment itself has a nice layout and it is nice to have two bathrooms and laundry facilities

she apologized & gave us an extra late check out

loved the facilities and the gym was awesome

definitely want to come back when the pool and gym are available

breakfast - i had an avocado toast which was nice but a too expensive for two pieces of toast with

management needs to look into staff's communication with guests about late check out fee

they have been accommodating on late check out times on more than one occasion

checked in at 7am (i paid for one full additional night despite coming in morning), and 4 days later on my checkout day, i checked out at 1:40pm (oh, and i was at reception since 1:20pm, the

service, pool, bed was compfortable

the gym and pool may have been good but i did not have the opportunity to use them

great stay and even asked for a late check out.

requested a late check out and it was granted without any issues

not mind to pay extra for a late check out but wish they didn't knock on my door while i was asleep to pay right there and

we checked in, we stayed in our coats and boots for a good hour before the room warmed up, the spa tub was just a regular jet tub, nothing

rented a king room with a spa bath, which costs more than a regular room

as a result of this, my kids had to sleep on the floor

prices, pool, hot tub, spa tubs, shower, gum, laundry, restaurant (not good food unless hipster), bar (ok) remember not the get non alcohol drink not labeled well, court yard off limits work, they

your court yard and name sake was under work, your laundry despite free soap nice touch, don't work that well

no frills, but 24-hr gym is a definite plus

and ok not far from from lakeshore that offers tourism facilities such as restos etc included breakfast fit the bill for a good start to the day overall it was a

excellent; very spacious and comfortable with a large tv, a good couch and foot stool and a full kitchen

swimming pool with outside patio, very nice

staff were really nice - they helped print something for me, told me about how i can get late check out

and it was especially good to use the laundry room for free
