i was hoping for a late check out, but understood why not

breakfast was awesome, pull out coach was a bonus. pool was clean and beds comfortable

pool heater was not working so we couldn't go for a swim, otherwise everything was very nice

homemade mini golf was ok and arcade was a disappointment some machines took out money

difficult to get any response to allowing late check out and additional key fob

because it was an apartment it had a kitchen so you could make meals

clean , modern, kitchen was great.to have as well as laundry .

new and well equipped modern suite in new high rise condo building in central kitchener location, on lrt line and short walk to downtown

breakfast - i had an avocado toast which was nice but a too expensive for two pieces of toast with

everything! the location, the staff, the breakfast, and our suite was amazing.

enjoyed the late check out option as we didn't get to check in until much later than expected

last day we use the pool and we’re able to do a late check out without extra charge

would prefer an extra-firm pillow option waffle maker was out-of-order gym and other amenities were kind of hard to

clean rooms, spacious rooms, excellent personnel services, great breakfast, lots of breakfast

check in was was easy peasy even wit the full st patty's day bar

i had no big issue looking for the staff but had to walk to the back bar to find him others may get confused and walk out etc

requested a late check out and it was granted without any issues

not mind to pay extra for a late check out but wish they didn't knock on my door while i was asleep to pay right there and

great stay and even asked for a late check out.
