not mind to pay extra for a late check out but wish they didn't knock on my door while i was asleep to pay right there and

requested a late check out and it was granted without any issues

great stay and even asked for a late check out.

hard unfortunately:( we booked about 3 months in advance and unfortunately we could not get a early check in when we asked

we checked in, we stayed in our coats and boots for a good hour before the room warmed up, the spa tub was just a regular jet tub, nothing

was able to get late check

the staff accommodated an early check in which was greatly appreciated

no problem with a late check out

i had no big issue looking for the staff but had to walk to the back bar to find him others may get confused and walk out etc

it was like a full one bedroom apartment complete with a full kitchen including a dishwasher

checking in at the restaurant and bar with my luggage.

great king bed and king pillows, fully equipped kitchen with top quality appliances, big screen tv, western pub next door had great food and

she apologized & gave us an extra late check out

told the front and got free breakfast

loved the facilities and the gym was awesome

i will always remember her kindness and willingness the staff excellent no free breakfast

breakfast selection i have ever seen in a hotel

difficult to get any response to allowing late check out and additional key fob

location, parking and unit were all great for visiting kitchener comfortably.

dec 23/24 night the go trains stationed beside laundry buildings grew so loud lasted from 3 am till 6 am - i thought there literally was a

pool breakfast restaurant room staff late check out

as well accommodating a late check out for my daughter

the pool area is see through glass and men were stopping and watching the kids swim.

the wifi wasn t as good as expected

had a lot of amenities - pool ,sauna, and hot tub

enjoyed the late check out option as we didn't get to check in until much later than expected

last day we use the pool and we’re able to do a late check out without extra charge

heated indoor pool, i will definitely be staying here again

the laundry facilities were convenient, and while the pool was lovely, the water was a bit cool for my liking

one of the waiter was not friendly for kids

i was hoping for a late check out, but understood why not
