we did not get breakfast either morning if our stay due to the renovations taking place

was dirty on both beds mattress one bed one was ate up the lock on the door broke i checked in late asked for a late check out and was rejected also was woke up out my sleep over a hr before

they allowed us to have an early check in and late check out

the staff is very nice and the breakfast is good too, included in the reservation, with several options, it's not a tiny one

beautiful place, friendly staff, breakfast and vending machines

the king suite spa was huge as well

i asked for cleaning supplies to clean the room, i wiped walls tables handles the spa and the showier

the spa took 45 to 60 minutes to fill and is only big enough for one person

he changed my room to a one with a better wifi connection and was happy for me to have a late check out without added charges

manager was very rude about a late check out i was traveling with my family and kids and need a little more time and she

the visitor center , well lit and right by wendy’s they are very accommodating and gave me a late check out

staff, excellent housekeeping, facilities, fitness room, pool and a superb breakfast coordinator who sets up the most wonderful buffet

pool was closed and so was the breakfast area due to remodeling

helpful especially during the rain storm the morning we were due to check out, asked for a late check out, done with a smile without any hesitation i was accommodated, excellent customer

when we got back we had to wait another hour with 2 little kids

the shuttle driver and all other staff were friendly, courteous and helpful

only one elevator was working and the bar /restaurant was closed so i had to pay for uber eats.

with me for my cash deposit because i lost my debit card and on my last day they approved my late check out of 12 noon

whether it s breakfast or a drink at the bar in the evening, they are fantastic

nice upscale area and great lobby and bar area.

the on-site restaurant, coffee shop, and bar were great amenities to have on site.

why charge a room service charge fee plus 20% gratuity. i found that to be excessive.
