manager was very rude about a late check out i was traveling with my family and kids and need a little more time and she

what we were looking for for a family getaway to the dunes - pool for kids, on site breakfast in the morning and a 2nd room for the kids

desk staff were very kind and helpful with getting me the room needed for my stay and allowed for late check out which i ended up not needing

i was even allowed a late check out since i checked in at about 10pm on arrival

the location for perfect for us to visit our kids at uchicago

the bar had great drinks and food
