was dirty on both beds mattress one bed one was ate up the lock on the door broke i checked in late asked for a late check out and was rejected also was woke up out my sleep over a hr before

the late check out time was also a plus

there was a roach in my queen spa tub room.

spa was quite small and none of the drains had working stoppers for the tub or the spa

i asked for cleaning supplies to clean the room, i wiped walls tables handles the spa and the showier

booked a queen size spa bath room

he changed my room to a one with a better wifi connection and was happy for me to have a late check out without added charges

helpful especially during the rain storm the morning we were due to check out, asked for a late check out, done with a smile without any hesitation i was accommodated, excellent customer

quiet. close to airport. shuttle was efficient.

i also had issues there shuttle not being at the correct pick up location at the airport and the shuttle start running at

beds were really comfortable and chuck the shuttle driver was very nice

the gym was a good size with all the necessary basic equipment

for bare minimum, no amenities such as mini bar, room service, cotton swaps etc

we attempted to get dinner via room service and were told we couldn't do to short staffing

advised of late check out upon arrival, approved, then rescinded at check out

not clean we had one set of towels for one person to shower when i ask for more the said the laundry lady call out i have wait until tomorrow, once tomorrow came ask for towels agin i revived
