had arranged a late check out at the front desk to avoid being woken, however house keeping let themselves in

whilst i dont expect kids to be seen and not heard, they should perhaps have been told to play near their family

we were right next to the front door and eating area but heard no noise the next morning when breakfast stared

they are accommodating and helpful, we managed to do a late check out so the kids could enjoy more the pool
