i needed a late check out to take a meeting - only 45 min, when i asked they did not hesitate to say yes and

location, trolley to casino was nice extra, free covered parking across the street was great

dry close to casino could walk over and not go outside

to have to wear a mask at the machines and not drink when you could drink without a mask at the bar area with no mask where everyone was closer together then at the machines

the place was absolutely gorgeous! very large gorgeous casino, hotel rooms were very spacious.

would love to come more often and try our luck at the casino, but the price is pretty steep, so we'll just have to save up for special occasions

had a flight that left at 400 pm and they gave me a late check out of 100 pm

my daughters had a 5 hour break between each of their performances and i was able to receive a late check out so we could hang out in the hotel instead of walk around cincy for 5 hours
