when i enquired about late check out it was 20 an hour check in 3pm and check out 11am-the timings really cut in to

it s normal to expect decorations in the room, a slice of cake, or chocolates etc from a hotel of this standard

other wise it was perfect there is no late check outs as a nice gesture if you are paying for a bday celebration package, late check out

extra to have balcony and didn t get one after enquiring we received 2 complimentary drinks and late check out as a gesture as couldn t move us rooms
