they let us do late check out, which gave us ample time to relax and restore as we were facing two more days on

unfortunately the pool was not open

it had a pool and a gym, but i did not have a chance to go there

i really enjoyed the massive gym that they have and the rooftop.

love the bar and the bartender was very cool

due to an inconvenience, with my car i needed late check out and they did allow that with no additional fee which some hotels would've charged

free breakfast. free parking. kitchenette.

they should have different items served for breakfast each morning, though

clean was un professional the roaches dog hair and food in the laundry equipment

what i liked best was the kitchen.

well, i work as a travel rn. i wish they can extend the breakfast to 10am.

staff were rude in the morning during breakfast the breakfast wasn't much if u dont eat certain things like

for a refrigerator in room though my daughter was not charged because she had young kids

my kids could have easily slip and fall, get a concussion or even worse, electrocuted

misinformed about room time check outs and told us when we checked in that we were eligible for late check out (i m a hilton honors member) so we planned extra things to do the day of checkout (-)i waited to check out in line while the manager kia handled the customer in front of me about a late check out (+) of course i couldn t get a late check out because it was a holiday (-) i asked for a late check out the guy said yes and i thought things would get better from there but no (+)was charged a late check out fee on the site it states 12 is checkout time i was charge for being in the room at

nothing will be back. didn't use room service as prices were high.

it was in a great neighborhood. it was super comfortable. and the room service was spectacular!

it s a good location, in a good area. the on-site restaurant and bar is very convenient.

the staff wouldn't give discount for the room only gave late check out

the area very clean also had a kitchen didn't have to go out to eat very pleasant

someone camped out in the laundry facility one evening while i was washing

bed comfortable, spacious, nice kitchen area...staff was helpful, good breakfast, laundry

had a free upgrade to a high floor king room and they honored my request for late check out

having a starbucks onsite and also enjoyed the use of the hotel shuttle to a nearby destination

they didn t let me know about the pet fee and pet deposit online when i booked

wash cloths, the housekeeper said she didn’t have any extras and that we could go down to the laundry room and see if there were any there but after traveling i certainly don’t want to go on

beds were very comfortable and the kitchenette with microwave was very useful because we could heat our leftovers conveniently

housekeeping kept the room clean when we ask breakfast was delicious the pool was so clean

gym, pool and breakfast all did the job

the service was fantastic, the breakfast and the staff very friendly.
