twice, the cleaning staff knocked on my door to clean even though i had late check out and they should have been informed

he called security to my room after i requested a late check out while searching for my cell phone

mentioned it to room service when they cleaned and they still left it and did not clean it up

the indoor pool was freezing so me and my kids couldn't enjoy the pool which was the whole reason i choose

when i came to check in, the people who preciously had the room i booked were going into a late check out, so it wasn't going to be ready for quite some time

need a late check out at least at 3 pm because i have an activity at 4 and need a place to shower and

kids group booked upstairs - they were very noisy until just after mid-night.

no hooks or racks to hang towels. breakfast ok, needs a little more variety and offerings.

there are other fees associated with late check out, and eating breakfast in your room

the pool was great the staff was very helpful and kind

earlier kids everywhere, the receptionist is attending us but using headphones was on the other line

a pool comfy bed decent shower

pet fee was not listed and was required at arrival but they made it work

i also called for late check out and again, staff was helpful and professional

shuttle to plaza area round the corner or dorsville station pick up for groups

and the property provides a free shuttle until 10:30 pm

i love the cleanliness of the property as well as the pool.

breakfast was a little sparse, but i understand covid-19 issues & i know they were doing their best

due to an inconvenience, with my car i needed late check out and they did allow that with no additional fee which some hotels would've charged

towel return, the lady at the front desk in the evening is rude, i was i'm one building but the laundry is in another building

there were plenty of options but a basketball team was staying there also so the kitchen stopped putting things out at 10

size of the room was great. it had a kitchen that was a plus .

i asked for a late check out and was told that in order to get a late check out which would only be to 11:30 i

service was terrible had a motorcycle breakdown asked for late check out and they told me they would charge me $25 take it out of my deposit said no and try

i had to do own laundry or get our own laundry there was no maids or housekeeping to come in clean up the room or

wash cloths, the housekeeper said she didn’t have any extras and that we could go down to the laundry room and see if there were any there but after traveling i certainly don’t want to go on

they let us do late check out, which gave us ample time to relax and restore as we were facing two more days on

to be open even when the restaurant is closed but i do understand the liability, or at the indoor pool
