very nice my tv didnt work in my room so they moved me to another room without asking i needed a late check out they granted that my stay was perfect will stay again

they also allowed us an hour late check out (noon) with was great

my husband is a diabetic & his blood sugar drop so we were given a late check out @ no charge by the manger & i hate i forgot her name but she was so so amazing all

however, the staff graciously allowed us to order room service using a $75 credit

i even enjoyed the bar and restaurant connected to the hotel

this time of corona virus and no amenities like the bourbon bar or room service, a better value would be to offer lower nightly rates

any hotel, the bourbon bar area was extremely overpriced , but otherwise really enjoyed our stay

i was happy to see that check out was 12pm as most hotels are 11am and they rarely offer “late check out”

i was just watching tv awaiting my ride, second shift personnel told me to leave and sit in the laundry vending room where it was very humid and uncomfortable
