had a free upgrade to a high floor king room and they honored my request for late check out

the kids enjoyed the view and the different access to everything in the lobby.

via third party and the staff never mentioned my $100 stay would turn into $200 including a pet fee

the staff wouldn't give discount for the room only gave late check out

there were trash cans full of trash by the outside stairs as well as laundry bags full of dirty laundry

bed comfortable, spacious, nice kitchen area...staff was helpful, good breakfast, laundry

laundry facilities on site which was a must when you have only items packed on your trip

kitchenette and fridge rooms are the best way to go

misinformed about room time check outs and told us when we checked in that we were eligible for late check out (i m a hilton honors member) so we planned extra things to do the day of checkout (-)i waited to check out in line while the manager kia handled the customer in front of me about a late check out (+) of course i couldn t get a late check out because it was a holiday (-) i asked for a late check out the guy said yes and i thought things would get better from there but no (+)was charged a late check out fee on the site it states 12 is checkout time i was charge for being in the room at

it was in a great neighborhood. it was super comfortable. and the room service was spectacular!

convenient there was a mall across the street you could get a free shuttle as long as it was within 2 miles away they drive you anywhere from 6 in the morning to 11

they let us do late check out, which gave us ample time to relax and restore as we were facing two more days on

there are also safety features throughout the hotel and an indoor pool

i asked for a late check out since i checked in at 2am he says no

guests at the pool had a lot of outside visitors come meet them at the pool so it got pretty crowded

wifi signal was very poor

cluding probably the best espresso i had in my 20 days trip

wifi didn't work

gave us a room on the top floor and an extra late check out

i wish they had paper towels in the kitchen area and more garbage bags.

smell in the hotel parking lot was ridiculous extremely bad and it's upsetting when you and your kids have to smell this

my husband is a diabetic & his blood sugar drop so we were given a late check out @ no charge by the manger & i hate i forgot her name but she was so so amazing all

hotel didn't have a shuttle running which is disappointing for a so called 5 star hotel

shuttle service is generous but unpredictable

i was happy to see that check out was 12pm as most hotels are 11am and they rarely offer “late check out”

breakfast, small but very good gym, really good quality rooms

location was great, pool was great, room was great, staff was great and very friendly, and the hotel itself is

- the hotel is clean and well furbished but smaller and with fewer amenities (bar/restaurant / gym quality all lacking)

overall very good experience, will stay again, but i prefer the element with the indoor pool

i stopped at night to talk to the front desk and ask for a late check out

the kitchen staff will provide ice upon request though

very nice my tv didnt work in my room so they moved me to another room without asking i needed a late check out they granted that my stay was perfect will stay again

they also allowed us an hour late check out (noon) with was great

laundry room machines were tiny and only semi-functional

staff was responsive--albeit belatedly-- to our problem with laundry machines--see below

due to an inconvenience, with my car i needed late check out and they did allow that with no additional fee which some hotels would've charged
