i had made an error with my booking and they sorted it immediately and gave me a late check out last minute, with no charge

visited on a very busy weekend so there was a bit of waiting around at the bar and for breakfast

they also keep your luggage for late check out/early check in giving you more time to spend in the city without lugging it around

i believe it happened due to us purchasing a late check out when we checked in and that may not have been informed to the staff

only thing i will say is that we paid for a late check out and housekeeping weren’t informed and tried to come in at 11

tiny little problem, we did pay for a late check out and were woken up by staff, before they realised we still had the room for around 3

staff who went above and beyond by allowing us late check out so we could use the spa facilities

to pay 30 per head for breakfast after paying over 1000 for two nights accommodation
