great location in heart of barnard castle. able to arrange late check out

there is a small car park at the back of the property but also had no trouble parking on the high street

having kitchen was helpful and practical too

knock on our door 3 times so trying to nurse our sore heads from the night before and the late check out were a little spoilt

staff were very polite and helpful, the room was comfortable, you get a late check out and the cooked breakfast was excellent
