staff was pleasant and they agreed to early check in and late check out without any additional charge

the huntington hilton has a lovely pool spa and fitness area

spacious it had an amazing indoor pool which my son absolutely loved

little kids and babies are taught to swim safely on the weekends

they gave me a king room as i requested and also allowed for late check out which i greatly

they were willing to let us do a late check out- and then fit us in for another night last minute

experience late check out beautiful room staff was so helpful and accommodating thank you

there were kids running all over the place screaming

the room service lady is especially lovely.

a healthcare worker and requested late check out and without hesitation they accommodated my request extended check out time til 1pm

due to covid-19 the breakfast was limited and the pool and fitness center were unavailable

large room, very comfortable bed & bedding, fridge in room, continental breakfast

kitchen staff was rude and full of attitude

i asked for late check out & received 30 additional minutes

i could park my truck right by our room

liked that i was able to check in early and that there was such a late check out time the following day

the gym room is freezing in the winter, and the machines are outdated and barely functional

the gym is in need of attention or some more frequent cleanings. new equipment would be a draw.

my kids went without baths during our 3 night stay

request pool towels, even after maintenance took all dirty ones she didn t replace knowing kids were in pool

clean, safe, comfortable bed, big shower, and late check out.

bar on site, good breakfast in the morning, pool and fitness room which was open

fire pit outdoors and a small pool

fridge was a bit too mini, and the day we had booked the pool, i felt like it should have been heated

late check out time which is really nice

the gym facility is in the basement, machines not working

somewhat dated, but that adds to the charm. no restaurant and the gym was closed.

the basement gym is large but there were no free weights, just an old universal machine that did not work

the gym, the doors leading to outside, opened by my room

the hotel was nice and quite. having a late check out wasn't a problem like other hotels.

all my requests were met high floor,late check out & specific room assignment!

that there wasn't any room service and no pool.

i would be great to be able to drink my water or tea on the casino floor..

know that we are dealing with covid but it should be some type of room service for food
