all my requests were met high floor,late check out & specific room assignment!

no late check out allowed on friday and saturday

need better security especially outside in parking lot and outside entrance.

bar and restaurant were great

never made clear that every person had to show current government id, only that they had to be adults

we had requested a late check out which we agreed to pay an additional $50

i was also extended the courtesy of a late check out which was very nice and they were not under any obligation

with covoid - resturaunt and bar closed refused early check in when hotel was 80% empty

no pool, no breakfast, no room service

there was no food for room service but i understand this was due to covid-19

clean, safe, comfortable bed, big shower, and late check out.

there’s a mini, mini fridge and a microwave, awesome backyard/grilling area, and small indoor pool

high on the weekends but during the week it’s definitely worth it i wish there was an outdoor pool for the summer but the indoor pool is nice and i have use that and even the other people that

liked that i was able to check in early and that there was such a late check out time the following day

the tv didn t have a good signal, kids running in the hallway at night

fact, when i arrived in my room i hadn t connection to wifi

not heated and very cold for the kids and jacuzzi is emptied and closed in winter are signs of neglect , very outdated hotel with

whirlpool was out of order, no wifi, phone in room didn't work, the door to bathroom was warped

late check out for jet lagged aussies was very welcomed

i was placed on , the other guest were too noisy, i couldn’t sleep comfortably i kept hearing kids running upstairs and the neighbors beside my room kept banging on the walls

didn't want to pay an extra $14 per person for my kids to eat half a bagel

were a couple of kids in one of the adjacent rooms that were horsing around banging the walls from 7 to 11pm the two

i got a late check out at 1 pm for free

the rooms ate nicely designed, the older kids love the free wifi and i enjoy the gym and the staff are so friendly and helpful

pool is closed completely and my kids were looking forward to it

nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms, clean common spaces, complimentary breakfast was perfect, and staff was friendly as can be
