pool could’ve been warmer

rooms were very clean, kitchen very spacious

the breakfast. i'd stay here solely for the breakfast, the cooks are fantastic.

they were willing to let us do a late check out- and then fit us in for another night last minute

experience late check out beautiful room staff was so helpful and accommodating thank you

they gave me a king room as i requested and also allowed for late check out which i greatly

the pool is open until 10pm and it seemed there were always kids in it

to use the gym but had a foul smell and some person banged on every door and screamed a name on my floor

staff was pleasant and they agreed to early check in and late check out without any additional charge

kids was so happy be in this place , they and me, deserve good time together, in some places like

for when the kids went to bed a family member watched my daughter and i was able to relax and have a couple

the basement gym is large but there were no free weights, just an old universal machine that did not work

liked that i was able to check in early and that there was such a late check out time the following day

unpleasant odors walking through the hallways. also aggressive geese in parking lot

i didn't get the refrigerator i asked for and the gym facility was closed due to renovations.

given any towels until i asked approximately four times over the course of a day and a half, no room service, carpet was torn and stained, small hole in the wall, no microwave, no fridge, bad tv,

my kids went without baths during our 3 night stay

the hotel was nice and quite. having a late check out wasn't a problem like other hotels.

we asked if we could pay for breakfast as we were cold and wet he kindly agreed so we had breakfast got internet and left taking

was good, but if you were running late sometimes not much left asked for a late check out - no problem at all -

didn’t like the ice machine out of order no cheese for eggs also the dryer for my laundry took 3 hours to

my kids were not happy but we had to find another pool else were and long beach wasn’t too far away

the gym is very small and seems scary

i needed a late check out and the staff allowed me to do it despite the fact they were busy.

the room was a little small and there is no pool just a gym and a giant courtyard but who cares about a courtyard in the fall/winter time
