the bed sheets were fresh and the kitchen in the suite was well thought of

breakfast had fresh fruit, which was a treat. having a stocked kitchen was a real benefit.

it had a small kitchen, and two entire bathrooms which made it really nice for us and our son and his friend

helpful and friendly staff that went above and beyond—even filled out water bottles in the kitchen

this stay the bar lobby had been rearranged with what we sincerely hope is temporary furnishings

it is nice having a real kitchen for making small meals and cleaning up

also, for folks visiting/staying for cleveland clinic affairs, there's a shuttle

the ccf has a shuttle that will take you back and forth to the clinic, runs about every 15 mins

it was one of the hotels that had cleveland clinic shuttle service

but kitchen very clean

carved me double, and room service left cleaning chemicals in room when i have a child, took towels and didn t replace

service has to be asked for as do extra towels, which we ended up having to go through the clean laundry to find

the breakfast help was fantastic with our kids (8 & 4) and

hotel bar doesnt open until 5:00.

example= no way to wipe down equipment in gym, hand sanitizer pumps not filled, clock broken in room, outlets outdated so no longer hold a

coffee available for breakfast in lobby was all i wanted

gave the kids welcome snacks loved the happy hour, fantastic selection of wines,had some champagne & craft

rkers' downtown and josh was a great bartender and shared places we

also, maybe it says it in the description but we didn't realize that the rooms have a legit kitchen equipped with nearly everything you'd need

to look around the room for the trash cans, that had been put into the bath vanity, and a kitchen

had a full size fridge with a mini kitchen and cupboards
