we were very impressed with the quality of the room, the attentiveness of the staff, the room service meals, and other services like valet parking

close to cleveland clinic and the shuttle came everyday

bar staff very friendly-allowed us to sample beers before our selection

thankfully we were able to get a shuttle to the food court at cleveland clinic
