room had a nice warm fireplace and huge soaker tub

we had with a noise issue at night from the small conference room next to ours and music from the bar below

some of the amenities that other hotels at that price point might offer, such as views, beach or pool

room was clean, very comfortable, bed great!! gym good!

free breakfast and parking is always a plus! we appreciated having a pool for our kids as well.

center for my husband to work in, and we were not able to hard wire his computer just used the wifi which works

the spa tub, the peacefulness of the property, and the comfort.

have no complaints but something to note, windows in updated rooms face the parking lot so if you want privacy

right across from the gym my daughter was doing her powerlifting meet

it was a bonus to get a room with kitchen facilities

parking spaces are narrow

the wifi was the best we had on an 8 day trip

we had to stay 3 nights since one of my kids had surgery near there and the location was convenient, the room

nice continental breakfast and very clean and modern room. lovely staff.

location was a bit hard to find as its tucked away and in the middle of a parking lot it seemed but no complaints

door olive garden and next red lobster friendly receptionist gave good adres for massage/spa at 5min walk older

we weren't able to use the pool, but its setup looks like a mini version of a luxury resort

noise one night from a room full of kids there for a sporting event.

bonus they also deceived us an charge for parking with no notice on line

like any hotel, heard kids running around in the room above us.

storage needs to be overhauled as there are two closets with no shelves or a bar for hanging clothes

he was rude and dismissive and did not care he was ruining christmas eve plans for our 3 kids

fabulous breakfast. very nice pool and hot tub. very clean and new.

we requested no room service during our stay; their was no do not disturb sign provided, spoke directly with

kids and i enjoyed the expansive free breakfast options, as well as the covered pool and spa

the countertop where the sink & microwave are is really big, so i was able to make an impromptu kitchen/pantry

room security, parking lot full, difficult to locate parking space.

upscale classy feel to the hotel and staff. loved the toiletries-aveda. very nice gym.
