i couldn t order in room service from the civility and unrest menu

pan (room service personnel) was great

room service, they forgot to do the room one day and we had to ask twice the second day

room service. was not impressed breakfast cold

i had breakfast one of the mornings and was delicious and room service is great

central air was properly controlled from the unit thermostat, kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge; we love it ud

i ordered room service for dinner and breakfast which was fairly reasonable and very good food

room service was a little over priced, also got my order wrong but they offered to fix it

wasn't sure if the gym was open or not due to covid

the spacious room , the guest laundry service, the convenient (yet pricey) parking.

the room itself is pretty standard but has a half kitchen with it which was pretty useful for my stay

continental breakfast option & hotel at restaurant had kitchen issues which did not allow for hot meals

great staff allowed us an early check in

breakfast options were wonderful sooooo many different options, kids were pleased

excellent breakfast spread in a location accessible only with a room key away from lobby

free breakfast and parking is always a plus! we appreciated having a pool for our kids as well.

note, parking spaces are not wide enough for most trucks

no room service- added extra taxes when i checked out i already paid. valet took 40 minutes.

room carpets was warn, wifi is the old-fashioned open a browser login thing and phones don't easily connect
