my room was nice , room service was great! people were polite and helpful

beds were comfortable, there was a small kitchen area and a good sized bathroom

hotel gym was terrible and needs an overhaul

also the staff went above and beyond for the kids by giving them their own robes and a little baggy of treats

golf and spa centers were closed for a private event so we could not make the most of the facilities

no room service- added extra taxes when i checked out i already paid. valet took 40 minutes.

and they gave us a dog bed, potty bags with holder, dog treats and a sign to hang if we left the pet in the room

the spa rooms are very spacious

no breakfast included, no laundry possibilities on site, it is

slow wifi :(
