i spent hours on call with tech support everyday to get wifi fixed, which is not the job of a customer

the room was very clean and just big enough to fit me and my 3 kids

hotel lobby is lovely with a bar and outside area, and room was gorgeous, with our own fireplace

gym space was very modern and clean

room service, they forgot to do the room one day and we had to ask twice the second day

food from room service was good

i couldn t order in room service from the civility and unrest menu

gym is exceptional and location is great on heart of downtown bellevue.

slow wifi :(

my daughter worked from home during her stay and sat comfortably using wifi 8-5 in the room

the wifi network had issue but later sorted the staff were exceptionally friendly

wish there was laundry and a full service restaurant

friendly desk staff, well-appointed room, good wifi/streaming, nice robes.

and since my last stay there, the wifi has improved significantly

was not bad but the area around it didnt feel nice with kids around it

location was great. also the availability of a gym and laundry.

i didn t like how the parking was.
