temperature of the swimming pool was cold & the shower water was boiling & we weren't able to adjust it

remember to book spa treatment early due to availability.

kitchen facilities basic

we were expected to cook on the aga which like all agas could not be switched off leaving the kitchen/sitting room and bedroom that had no separate door, uncomfortably warm

location, good facilities inc kitchen, fresh milk provided for a cup of tea/coffee, pub approx 10 minutes walk that serves

staff were incredibly friendly on arrival and arranged a early check in for us

good sized individual garden rooms with king size bed. good wifi lovely restaurant

the restaurant and bar were just a short walk away not in the main hotel, the food was of a high quality and decent

available in restaurant, large room, large bathroom with bath as well as shower and twin sinks, parking very close

beautiful location , easy to find with more than ample parking

we arrived and upon check in we were upgraded rooms at no extra cost, i enquired about a late check out and we were also given this for no extra cost

the locals that used the bar were just as welcoming and friendly

the location was convenient to the harbor, the beaches, the golf course & pubs &

to fiddle with spa bath plug to get it to work properly without draining, but more of a comment than a negative

the bar area had a great pool table but it only took 50p’s

it got a bit too hot and the fans provided helped a bit, but were not enough especially for the kids room

park is difficult to access and family room layout was odd with bathroom being in the kids

family suite with the kids room also having its own tv and dvd player

food, nice & clean staff were pleasant great location for all amenities inc crazy golf, theater and short walk to harbor and town center tho the town is up a steep hill, be warned

the bar prices were not to expensive so that encouraged us to stay in hotel all evening and not go

the chap behind the bar was really funny

cleaners were really friendly as you walked by them. ideal for mini golf, amusements etc.

of the staff weren’t very approachable especially the bar man on saturday night who stood there throwing his hands up saying no as we approached the bar

just make sure if you want a drink at the hotel to take your own as bar service is very very scarce

there is a bar but does not open til gone 6pm, on the particular evening there was supposedly a singer on, me

a lot of parking at hotel but car park short walk away and no objections to parking on the

the enormous fluffy towels, cleanliness, friendly and efficient staff, truly delicious food, cosy bar with roaring fire and the individuality of not only the bedrooms but the rest of the building

breakfast were superb freshly prepared with plenty of choice

we paid the extra for a suite overlooking the small lake and golf course, which was worth the views

the hosts were great , the room lovely and cosy and the little bar area was a wonderful place to spend a wet dartmoor evening

needed a stopover in the area for one night and we were not disappointed with our choice of weeke barton

loved the honesty bar and texting breakfast order so it was ready when we sat down

very good location walking distance to beach, arcade and mini golf

location is excellent, very close to the beach and local restaurants, mini golf, arcades etc

well looked after by the night porter with a hurried breakfast before check-out to go and play golf

we were a party of eight men on a golf tour - so we would not have been the easiest of guests to

all this plus free parking, excellent service and a leisure club with steam room and pool, it far exceeded our

friendly, helpful staff. peaceful location. swimming pool. lovely breakfasts.

i put hotel and bar service in the first place, never before has anyone in any restaurant been so nice, always

ffriendly hosts,nothing too much trouble. car parking an added bonus. would definitely go back.

wifi signal was not constant which was frustrating

and although i don’t normally eat in hotels i really enjoyed our evening meal and so did our kids
