we didn t get a chance to play tennis but managed a game of golf on the mini 18 hole putting course

played golf at bovey castle and this hotel was perfect for us as it s just down the road

super friendly helpful staff, amazing quality and choice of breakfast which is included in the price

beds with lots of facilities such as bar, restaurant, sky tv in the rooms, games room for kids with pool and darts etc

there are a lot of pathways not open to non golfers and quiet rightly so to avoid any risk, but we did try to get to the deer park and gave up

from almost before i arrived i was at home, thanks to exact directions, easy parking, well-lit pathways and fireside warmth on a chilly night

the whole hotel has various very comfy lounges and an open fire plus a lovely bar and separate restaurant

is an excellent small hotel set directly on the riverfront in appledore, the hotel/restaurant and bar areas are very well appointed and the food was actually superb

the bar and restaurant were really well presented and immaculately clean

they created a great atmosphere and so good with our dog as she was as welcome as us, lovely cosy bar area with enough space to feel comfortable, breakfast was

late check out by 1 hr was easily agreed

it was very peaceful even though the bar restraint was always
