of us of a party of 9 golfers stayed for an extra night on september 1st 2024

golf course people did not allow us to drive the cart

comfortable seating area and bar where, although i was travelling alone, i could chat with other guests and locals

the bar was nice, friendly locals, and the beer was excellent

pet friendly and had a lovely bar area

the kids absolutely loved seeing the horses

that said, are kids wake up early anyway

i played the golf course and it was in great condition as well as challenging

had 5 rooms for a group of 10 of us on a golf trip

the bar closes by 9pm so noise was not an issue

plenty of free parking outside, excellent pub style food, a large comfy bed, and the shower was pretty good, too

as it’s a golf course, the grounds are immaculate and even if you don’t play it’s quite nice to sit

amazing location and great room spacious bar area serving local beverages what’s not to like!

can we say, a very warm welcome in the bar when arriving quite late in the evening after a long drive in awful weather, shown to our room

the bar is warm and comfortable with a log fire

need is in this village, but expect a slower lovely pace of life ud83dude0d good swimming bay for kids, safe environment

the enormous fluffy towels, cleanliness, friendly and efficient staff, truly delicious food, cosy bar with roaring fire and the individuality of not only the bedrooms but the rest of the building

parking a bit awkward at times, but good free parking a couple of hundred metres away.
