availability of snack items at front desk the availability of good coffee 24 hr the breakfast was very good

advised by comfort inn over a month ago that early check in was fine

allowed us a late check out free of charge which was amazing

people screaming in the halls as well as kids running in the halls for hours

we used the gym and pool which were both very clean and machines were excellent quality

laundry room and pool share the same access door, so the laundry access hours don't match what's

found it very cold in the lobby & most especially in the pool room, both of which had cold air blowing at all times

pool is small and not much seating area

pool a gym were closed due to covid restrictions, so that was a dissapointment but not the hotels fault

staff didn't aware us that the laundry and the kitchen would not be available must of the days of our stay

i should buy towels in walmart and wash it in laundry

nothing - it was perfect. we needed a kitchenette and laundry facility. this had it all.

laundry has no soap available and you have to pay 10 bucks to do one load of washing

the breakfast (included which was a surprise as it was not clearly stated in the booking) was amazing

outdoor pool was not available and a bit disappointing and spa was not available 2 days/week which should perhaps be noted online

there was no water in the room with fours kids and the room was not clean

was a quite place what i needed so i can’t complain for now the receptionist at the bar war very welcoming and the staff who attended to me breakfast time was very welcoming,will come
