the indoor swimming pool was too cold

i'd rather pay a higher rate and be offered free room service and coffee

for both my rooms, would not give me the key for my second room because it was somehow in my kids names when they were only listed as guests at booking, told they had to call to change name on

the pool was beautiful and resort-like, with swim streams and lounge chairs, and the gym exceeds

room service quality was poor. bread was a bit stale.

more laundry and dryer machines would be better. had to wait and there was a lineup

the room was incredible. nice to have a full kitchen and separate bedroom too.

there’s a pool and gym

the gym and sitting area downstairs was huge

my husband had to drop me and the kids off while he drove around to find a parking spot

everything else was quite good. there were a lot of family gatherings for kids to use the pool.

-front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed by the hockey tournament and the 50 + kids around so i understand but other guests shouldn't have to take a hit

snd complicated and very poorly labelled and explained and it was not a good situation with kids after a long drive

conveniently close to golf course.

bed was very comfortable room is spacious tv with netflix and amazon prime free parking

late at night - and parking in the very back is a far distance if you are carrying suitcases and kids

great staff enjoyed my stay fitness area along with laundry on site

there was plenty of coffee available and breakfast was simple but plentiful

but the breakfast makes up for it and there is different locations nearby to eat from

self serve laundry facility for guests with 2 washers and 2 dryers on the lobby floor

and the office chair for the desk seemed not safe for kids, my daughter who is 8, fell 2x on it

breakfast was ok but the waffles were hard the kids didn't like that and the location wasn't far from home

flooring surrounding the pool was extremely slippery, my kids fell a few times and they weren't even running, so use

heat heat because i got cold at one point in the middle of the night was happy to have access to laundry facilities and there's convenience store right next door as well
