no capacity issues with the gym

we were able to early check in and late check out

unable to accommodate a late check out until the morning of

on vacation with my kids seven of them but the pool was closed

chose this hotel for the pool, so the kids could splash around in the evening

can’t wait for the new bar and all the arrangements to come so that we can enjoy the bar at the hotel instead of traveling

breakfast buffet was really good the lounge and bar was also very nice very welcoming the gym was open 24/7 and they have a pool that is open on weekends as well and if your a smoker they

should get more stars. great breakfast

in hallways plastic bags looked like someone left laundry in halls as well

man who worked the bar/ coffee water station made us feel uncomfortable

fully functioning kitchen in our suite

the kitchenette with the breakfast bar is very convenient!

that they offer gluten free breakfast since i have celiac :) the bread is amazing wish i knew what the bread they use

beds were very comfy, suites were spacious, well equipped, bathroom nice . breakfast adequate

my room was spacious, i liked the kitchenette and living was separated.

the staff was nice,room was clean and comfortable. breakfast was delicious.

no soap in the bathroom, no soap in kitchen sink

kitchen old and outdated and unclean. no kitchenware.

this makes traveling with kids so convenient

fact the the hotel was very clean and our room was also clean and very nice set up as well , the breakfast was fantastic too

no service- 3 nights no room service- no change of towels - no garbage removal - shower broken - manager indifferent to

wifi did not work properly. it seemed to be down.

hard to get in and out of hotel parking lot due to traffic congestion.

pool and jacuzzi excellent for relaxing

i needed a late check out and the staff allowed me to do it despite the fact they were busy.

gym facilities were not available.

large, well appointed gym

the room was a little small and there is no pool just a gym and a giant courtyard but who cares about a courtyard in the fall/winter time

wish there was free breakfast, cups in gym area, and free parking.

gym was well equipped --several treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells, boss, swiss ball

a 10 minute shuttle bus from manhattan, this doubletree is double everything i look for

the shuttle to the city.

they allowed a late check out so that i could fit an unexpected call

my family didn t seem to mind but it bothered me and i asked for room service to clean the room the next day while we were out

location to nyc..great shuttle service..and a friendly and helpful staff

also a man asked for the key to the gym who was not wearing a mask, nor were several people in the lobby (or one of the receptionists,
