we really would have been able to use the pool. we were disappointed it was closed.

and we had ants in our kitchen area

clean and quiet. also, a very good breakfast.

rooms were well equipped and clean, there was a great selection of food for breakfast

the place is very quite, my daughter loves the indoor pool and spa.

granddaughter loves the breakfast and the pool

ordered room service it was prompt and the food was very good

it was cold oncce out the pool in the hallways

fact the the hotel was very clean and our room was also clean and very nice set up as well , the breakfast was fantastic too

climbed stairs withuggage to third floor wifi sign in with last name and room number did not work

people are rude knowing kids stay there too

smell no ice machine working in all floors laundry machines not working staff at reception weren’t smile at

i liked that it’s a good sports bar next door , and a mall across the street

on our floor appears there are resident people occupying rooms and their kids when noisy they fight and big arguments until 0200 am still going on

years ago, the pool was highly chlorinated, but this year, it was perfect

the pool had so much chlorine that it choked my youngest son, so we didn’t get to swim at all

pool was close in the morning kids could not go swimming

so of course i had 5 disappointed kids

was good for or family, business, golf

their breakfast was also a plus from oatmeal to hard boil eggs

that the restaurant and bar weren’t allowed to be open. not their fault.

due to covid restrictions the breakfast could have had more of a variety choices.

location is ok with the mini golf and range nearby

staff is friendly and helpful, they serve breakfast, and the view of golf coarse is nice.

my daughter and grand kids had to leave at 1:00 am because they found bed bugs on the bed

and we were told no breakfast as kitchen is under inspection

next to a miniature golf /golf driving range

it would have been nice to have a connection to golf site parking lot and hotel parking lot

my only complaint would be that the kitchen didn't have a stove and the room phone didn't work

we couldn't stay for breakfast however both my souse and were very comfortable and love staying with your

large room which was beneficial considering we travelled with kids

nothing i understood why the gym and pool is close

my kids and i loved our stay, so much fun with the indoor pool and the rooms were up to par

option (order for pickup downstairs) so that was helpful for managing breakfast in the hotel with kids

i had to jump out of the way of a car with 2 kids hanging out the windows yelling

we did enjoy a snack at the bar one evening, and the bartender was a lovely guy

was a condom in the pool i told front desk after removing my kids from the pool

the beds are nice and soft. pool was very nice staff nice and friendly

pool and jacuzzi was close was looking forward to using it after long drive from canada to the usa

the staff was careing, nice rooms great pool and great surroundings i will be back

furnishings/ building somewhat dated, gym was very basic, but covered enough with dumbbells.

perfect location, clean room, tons of free parking and the hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays
