no capacity issues with the gym

we were able to early check in and late check out

unable to accommodate a late check out until the morning of

on vacation with my kids seven of them but the pool was closed

chose this hotel for the pool, so the kids could splash around in the evening

can’t wait for the new bar and all the arrangements to come so that we can enjoy the bar at the hotel instead of traveling

breakfast buffet was really good the lounge and bar was also very nice very welcoming the gym was open 24/7 and they have a pool that is open on weekends as well and if your a smoker they

should get more stars. great breakfast

my room was spacious, i liked the kitchenette and living was separated.

location was great. apartment was large with full kitchen.

i needed a late check out and the staff allowed me to do it despite the fact they were busy.

gym facilities were not available.

the room was a little small and there is no pool just a gym and a giant courtyard but who cares about a courtyard in the fall/winter time

was no complimentary 24/7 coffee bar in the lobby its very disappointing considering it is offered at all other lower budget sister

there is always plenty of parking and the front desk staff are very courteous

gym was well equipped --several treadmills, ellipticals, dumbbells, boss, swiss ball

a 10 minute shuttle bus from manhattan, this doubletree is double everything i look for

the shuttle to the city.

they allowed a late check out so that i could fit an unexpected call

my family didn t seem to mind but it bothered me and i asked for room service to clean the room the next day while we were out

spa was fabulous

spa does not have the accommodations for a couple massage room which was the main reason for the

place is so beautiful and nice, wish i went when it was a little warmer so i could enjoy the pool and outdoor

breakfast was great! outdoor bar was fun!!!

it is 2017. the wifi should work.

laundry and gym room can be better

the breakfast is really good. there are many choices.

on our floor appears there are resident people occupying rooms and their kids when noisy they fight and big arguments until 0200 am still going on
