i didn't have my golf clubs with me.

room was spotless and very comfortable with a lovely view over the golf course.

the team were very accomodating and organised an early check in and a travel cot in our room for our daughter

room service was poor, ordered a pizza and drink it was delivered in a pizza box without napkins,

wifi was really patchy and required us to keep logging back in and when travelling with young kids wifi is a must

the girl at reception was phenomenal and the room was so clean and my kids loved it

stayed on a saturday night so it’s to be expected but the bar / function rooms were very loud and rowdy until about midnight

collette on reception and later on bar work, was so warm, kind, friendly and helpful that we instantly felt relaxed and at home

the bar area could be heard from bed which wasn't the best although it wasn't too drastic

from the welcome on arrival to the catering and bar staff during my stay everyone i met had a smile and went out of their way to check i was bei g

the hotel was generally a little bit tired but was good value for money for us going to the open golf at troon

having usb sockets the wifi was patchy and wouldn t stay connected in the room but was fine in the restaurant

was travelling solo this time so had everything to my room which i m not even sure if they did room service but they were so accommodating with me

monday to thursday the bar closes surprisingly early

the staff bent over backwards to help, from housekeeping to bar staff to reception and the food was absolutely delicious
