used the swimming pool facilities, staff efficient and helpful in explaining how to use

the bar closing at 11pm. i thought hotel bars were open to residents for a good bit longer.

was a very nice clean hotel,with very helpful staff,and a very good breakfast,we enjoyed our stay

family in room next to us, started fighting at 2am, their kids were screaming as mum and dad were throwing punches

the girl at reception was phenomenal and the room was so clean and my kids loved it

kids said it was the best hotel they’d ever stayed in!

the bar area could be heard from bed which wasn't the best although it wasn't too drastic

stayed on a saturday night so it’s to be expected but the bar / function rooms were very loud and rowdy until about midnight

room was spotless and very comfortable with a lovely view over the golf course.

other thing would be a few guests got quite shouty in the night and were swearing which woke our kids up but i understand the staff couldn't do anything to prevent this

handy for visiting our friends and also using bar milano which is part of the hotel

had a large amount of luggage as we were travelling on an extended trip with golf clubs etc

price was inflated due to the open golf being on at troon.

also the cost of the stay was excessive due entirely of the golf in troon being on
