wifi didn't work for me because i could not log on

plenty parking on arrival got to reception desk and the receptionist was very friendly

on arrival, we were late arriving due to work commitments but we were able to have a drink at bar before going to room

i even managed to phone a little bar order ahead, so it was waiting for me in my luxurious room, whereupon i was served roomservice

the restaurant food was also excellent and the dining room and bar area feel very historic and cosy at night

the woman who i spoke to on the phone, who also greeted us and worked behind the bar was exceptional, fabulous service

was no straight way from the room to the bar you had to walk around the building to get the bar with was no biggy but it would have made it

fact i went into reception holding my daughters elves and when i asked if i could put them at the bar a staff member went above and beyond giving them and ice bath and message on the chalk board ,
