easy parking and near lovely golf courses and sights

of us stayed one night at the richmond park hotel as we were playing golf in the area

were in room 14 which unfortunately is over the kitchen fan or air conditioning unit, so a bit noisy really

i love that there is a restaurant/ bar built into hotel , makes for wonderful night caps and can walk up straight o your room

at night is exceptional and also when we came back from the concert (late )they opened up the bar so we could have a drink and wind down

i even managed to phone a little bar order ahead, so it was waiting for me in my luxurious room, whereupon i was served roomservice

restaurant and bar were lovely (quirky) and cosy

the restaurant food was also excellent and the dining room and bar area feel very historic and cosy at night

green and trees, went running and was absolutely fun run, if you turn left , the next turn is a golf club that's also nice to run on the road up to the green

there was a gym and swimming pool which we took advantage of

close enough to a park for the kids and a shop a short distance away

i very much enjoyed watching the ryder cup golf for 3 days

we based ourselves here for a golf trip and the location was ideal, central to gleneagles, st andrews and east lothian's golf

a great place to stay when visiting dunfermline especially if playing golf at the local course.

every single one from the kitchen staff walking by to all the bar staff were so friendly and proactive in saying hello or

room was big, warm and bright with coffee/tea & kettle facilities in room and a little bar fridge

from the manager who went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and also re-opened the kitchen to make me a

pub, location, pet friendly- which was very important for us, parking, non smoking, large common kitchen

it took us 10 mins to get there walking on the golf course and then you can only walk on one side on the golf course

the bathroom was a real treat—lovely and modern, with a great tub that the kids enjoyed

booking the room , i put a family of four , but have me a room for a family of three , my kids had to share a bed

walls made for a bit of noise, not helped by kids running around until late in the night

so if anyone is reading this i highly recommend not to stay here especially if you have kids as its a big risk to take

not too keen on buying breakfast as was quite dear for one person when my kids and i wouldn't eat a lot should maybe be a set price for

the night , this seemed to be a super king room that had been changed around for 2 adults 2 kids

was very clean and they even had the room ready for an early check in

in the restaurant which was excellent as our dog was very excited with the food coming out the kitchen, so this kept her amused allowing us to eat
