swimming pool was not open .. 2 times in a row

too many kids running up and down the hall all night and early morning making significant noise

we didn't have the chance to test the pool and gym, but they seemed great and pleasant

i was disappointed that the pool was closed. my wife is a swimmer.

pool & spa not working & the grab bar is in the wrong place for getting out of the tub

no swimming pool, the radiator leaked making the rug wet and smelly

better pillows would of been nice. and a better selection for breakfast

were little metal pieces sticking out of the french doors which could be dangerous for little kids)
