everything was clean. breakfast was good. a lot of activities for all the family.

the hotel amenities were excellent including the gym, pool and game room

it doesn't have its own parking, but you can park at the convention center, which is just a few minutes walking distance,

parking was on the street

live music in weekend, nice small pool, room view in 6th floor that we were was very nice

there is no parking space for customers we have to park far and move the car to the front of the hotel when

cleaness of the sheets and no parking space.

also, i wasn't notified that my kids breakfast were not included, i had to pay $44 per day for my kids breakfast that

i also used the spa and the massages

the balcony had acces to the pool and beach area

there is plenty to do without leaving the hotel, games, pools, hot tub, gym, kayaks, scuba diving, beach walks, etc

hopefully when the pandemic is over the beach and pool area will be very lively

loved the pool and the room was comfortable and clean

love stay here with my family we had a great time we had the pool to our self the view is

many families but they all left the pool area and it was so quiet by 10pm

streaming services, there was no clothing steamer (though the cleaning staff did provide a great laundry service for tips), the odor of the chemicals used to unclog the shower saturated the room

needs ac in lobby, laundry room and elevator. also needs better parking accommodations

i had emailed in advance and was told we could do our laundry at the hotel

this is located at the center of ponce so very accessible to many place such as bar and restaurant
