there is a shortage of pool chairs and you have to get up super early to reserve chairs

the pools were fantastic and i highly recommend the spa area.

the buffet should have more breakfast items

all the bar staff, and i literally mean every single bar person looked so unhappy to be there

staff at the swimming pool bar are also very kind and professional, all the other waiters in the various restaurants will

demand for a seat at the beach is quite high and i feel they could add more seating space at the beachfront

spa service do not have a great selection

main bar seemed to close too early at 11. drinks were not strong unless asking for a double.

breakfast buffet was consistently great with lots of options for many kinds of dietary needs

the beach is within walking distance, there’s 5 pools , one lazy river and an indoor hydro therapy pool

fortunately the staff at the palladium are amazing and they let us use the restaurant to breakfast with our friends but we shouldn’t have had to go through that

as a result our excursion transportation would come around 6:30 am, before the restaurant for breakfast was open

the pool with the room on the 4th floor was just lovely

you have to go to the spa and experience a hydrotherapy and massage session

we went to the gym everyday, they have the best to workout

resort is beautiful and very clean, the beach is great and perfect for little kids, the food is mostly great and people working there is mostly very nice and always helpful

there are only three pools: one adults-only, one family pool, and one for kids, but all are quite small and often felt crowded

ana at the rooftop bar at the garca blanca was also so kind and attentive

the gym is really big and complete, not to mention the incredible view as well

complimentary coffee was under catered for so we often missed out. wifi could be a lot faster

only improvement i could suggest would be 24 hour room service for a limited menu.

is a family resort and there are a ton of little kids around, so if you are looking for more of an adult only property you may want to think twice

family friendly as well and felt very safe having kids (10 and 13) swimming at pool while we were laying out beach side

we also felt very pressured to attend their membership breakfast which we did not want to do
