the fairly remote location, room service would have been useful, especially when travelling with kids
very cold during night, couldn't sleep properly and even the kids were waking up saying they are cold
no gym, pool etc. this was known before booking so it s not really a fault.

the bar below the rooms was a proper fun old school pub
our room was above the bar with live band - noise didn't subside until around
we had a drink in the bar and the kindness continued

don't drive so got train to harrow don't do this at night, huge mistake i make i had kids too an dogs i requested

this place is great for kids over the school holidays. so much to do and with such lovely staff.
