no everything was fine kids enjoyed there little trip, all was good

the corridors were always loud, usually kids screaming or people talking

hotel were able to arrange joining rooms with a connecting door which was perfect for our young kids
of the hotel staff were pleasant, friendly and chatty and engaging with kids
