strict to policy they call us at 11 am to check out though we checked end late night with tired kids which is

i had to keep reminding myself it was a pub, but when kids are literally running around from 8pm, causing
i thought breakfast buffett was a bit poor expected more cereals for kids
the whole family came for a delicious meal, with a great kids menu
there was room service available and staff were all very nice
the 2 young staff serving at the bar and karen looked after my drinks and orders

nice little touch with the borrow box of books and games for the kids, fresh milk in the fridge and great food
there was a big double bed and bunk beds for the kids
we particularly loved the addition of some kids toys/books and the hot chocolate supplies
room was clean and staff were nice to us and the kids.

parking is a little limited, wasn t an issue though as a member of staff moved their car to

we had hoped for a relaxing afternoon but were met with kids bombing into the pool
we had a 24 hr break from our own kids, so would have preferred to use the spa earlier as open to children from

people staying were very inconsiderate and were shouting, banging doors and kids screaming as they ran up and

was poor our room showed a bunkbed room for 2 x kids but there was a single the one little one slept on the

we got a puncture when we were about to leave they helped us sort out the rac and gave us and the kids free
room was ok and the duble bed was large but not large enough to share it with 2 kids as the hotel failed to
